Few-click Anki Mining Deck Setup

Problem:
Connecting Yomitan to Anki to mine words is somewhat opaque, and requires following detailed instructions or downloading someone's prebuilt deck and/or importing their Yomitan settings, a situation which can create further issues.

Solution:
Use AnkiConnect to create a mining deck with a Yomitan note and card-type with fields of the users choice (giving sane default choice initializations depending on the language) through the settings page.

This would reduce the number of clicks and headaches significantly for new users.
