Some collapsed dictionaries can't be expanded (mobile)

It's possible for some dictionary when collapsed, it can't be expanded because the drop down arrow can't be seen. This doesn't happen on my PC. Only ever happens on my phone, though the width size of the popup is the same and changing the scale of the popup doesn't change anything. And it's important to mention that my phone's screen size isn't small at all. It's big.

Actually I had noticed this issue like 2 or 3 years ago, but it only happened with 1 specific JP grammar dict and I didn't know about GitHub issues/maybe didn't bother me enough/I found in the last year or so that if I change the screen orientation to horizontal I could access the dict.

But I recently found this issue happens with a new Chinese dictionary, but specifically entries with images, other entries are okay. So I'm sure it's something to do with horizonal stuff but now it seems like a relevant bug. Here's 2 examples, the jp grammar dict that doesn't have images yet has the issue and the zh dict where it has the unseeable arrow button on entries with images. These examples are from the search page but it's the same on the popup. So far only these 2 dicts have this issue but I'm unsure others could have it.

Also interestingly if set to the default (not collapsed I think) then arrow is halfway visible but if collapsed it becomes unexpandable QQ:
