Possibility of intermediate page between Aidstream and org-id.guide

When the users reaches the following page, it takes the user directly to the org-id link. The user mightn't have any idea on how to move forward. We need to see if there could be any intermediate page which explains how the user should move forward with finding the identifier. If we could get #13 working, intermediate page might not be needed as such.
