Hi AidStream,

DEFRA - Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs have updated the IATI Org ID in their AidStream account. This hasn't automatically updated all of their c.300 activity IDs.

Are you able to update their activity ID's with the new information? Rather than them having to go through and manually update/refresh them. Do let me know.

Thank you,

Amy

Hi AidStream,

Please could this be looked into. Other organisations are also having the same issue.

This issue also occurs with the details they enter in the 'settings' tab being pulled through into their 'organisation' tab.

Dear Amy,

The activity identifiers would need to be updated manually and then be republished.

Dear Sachit,

At the moment users just need to go into the activity ID for each activity and re-save the page. As only the Org ID has changed, this ideally needs to be made automatic.

Dear Sachit,

Re-thinking this one. Could you possibly just update these for DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs)? They have 281 activities.

I will then work with the organisations to do this manually?

Well we don't actually update data in bulk. I will see what I can do. But it is going to take sometime.
