@IsabelBirds 10/9: we didn't have anything going on then, we'll have a look at the logs if we can find the reason for it
14/09: yes, it could have been a routine update. We try to get the updates or anything as such completed before the day starts for most of the publishers, but sometimes it takes a bit longer than anticipated.
@IsabelBirds 10/9: we couldn't find anything in the logs, but we've since made some changes in the server. Time outs are unlikely to occur from now on.
14/09: The user you tried to add already existed in the system, but somehow the validations did not stop it when you added it. However, afterwards it picked up and hence the error occurred. We do not have a record of time out for then.
