问题表现：
vant版本：2.13.2
视图写法：
由于需要适应固定宽度和auto自适应宽度两种场景，itemWidth从父组件传进来，并且设定rem数值转成px(因为发现好像组件宽度只支持px)
其中listLoaded初始值false，等接口返回/监听到数组变化置为true
尝试了v-if和resize()都没有用
