无法加载豆瓣插件 #3

按照安装方法下载了插件放进了对应文件夹下，但是运行Mp3tag（v3.05版本）后在"Tag Sources"下仍然找不到豆瓣插件。

放在Appdata里用户的roming文件夹里，放在程序文件夹里没用
