implement stuck arrows into the ground

spawn slimes at some distance from the hero, preferrable in location without slimes

slimes should not intersect with player

make gameover screen

count scores

make old corpses of slimes dissapear

make arrows of finite amount + make collectable arrows

add collectables (additional arrows, temporary speed, double strike?)

figure out why drawing creates so many objects here: github.com/faiface/pixel.(*TrianglesData).Slice
