FFMPEG output is recorded in /tmp/encodeerr, not /tmp/encodeout #18

Currently, if the program crashes while it's a daemon, it doesn't appear to log the python errors anywhere. This means anything that isn't caught by the program and separately logged doesn't get caught.

I stand corrected, they appear in /tmp/encodeerr, as well as all the ffmpeg output?!?
