I find the speeds unrealistic since we thresh him Germany canola with 4 km/h approximately and in the ls then with 7 - 8 , would wish me about realistic speeds otherwise a very good mod

Speed is computed based on combine power + header size + crop + yield + day time if enabled. So all this data is needed to make meaningful comparison.
I guess once settings will work correctly you will be able to use the one better matching your feeling knowing that ingame yield is generally very high if the crop is perfect (fully fertilized, plough, rolled, lime...). Wheat yield is around 15T/ha at max, i never saw that anywhere here.

mrMaterialQtyFx from fruitTypes.xml is also important
