Build failed with an exception

I have follow instruction to setup react-native-checkout.
When i run my project i get bilow error.

A problem occurred configuring project ':react-native-awesome-card-io'.

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':react-native-awesome-card-io:classpath'.
Could not find aapt2-proto.jar (com.android.tools.build:aapt2-proto:0.3.1).
Searched in the following locations:
https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/android/tools/build/aapt2-proto/0.3.1/aapt2-proto-0.3.1.jar

I am using react version :- "16.6.0-alpha.8af6728"
I am using react native version :- "0.57.0"
I am using react-native-checkout version :- "0.0.8"
I am using awesome-card-io version :- "^0.8.0"

I have search to many but i can find proper solution.

Can you please help me
