Remove non-valid characters before trimming whitespaces in Text.sanitize

I think you have to swap the two lines which trim the white spaces and the one which replaces non-valid characters from the string. If you replace non-valid chars before removing whitespaces, you can end up with multiple whitespaces e.g. if someone enters an address like this:
💔 Alpenblick😇👼
