The issue concerns postgres-operator-ui ( ghcr.io/zalando/postgres-operator-ui: v1.13.0) not the operator itself.

According to the error message provided, it seems postgres-operator service is not known.

Look closely at following section in helm-chart values.yaml (https://github.com/zalando/postgres-operator/blob/master/charts/postgres-operator-ui/values.yaml) file (variable operatorApiUrl):
