Patronictl does not load configuration - config is empty

• Which image of the operator are you using?
  public.ecr.aws/c7a1d1p6/tsdb:postgres-operator-v1.10.0-v2

• Where do you run it - cloud or metal? Kubernetes or OpenShift?
  This is running on EKS 1.29 cluster.
  We upgraded the EKS cluster from 1.27 to 1.29, after upgrade the patroni config went missing.

• Are you running Postgres Operator in production?
  Yes, this is Production and this is severely impacting,

• Type of issue?
  Production issue, everything halted.

This isn't a full description of your problems. What exactly is happening? When is it happening? What have you already tried to solve it? Is Postgres still running? Do other patronictl command still work? Maybe this is also worth to report in patroni repo...
