Currently chore priorities are framed in "points per thousand". This is advantageous since it is a constant metric, independent of the number of people in the workspace. However, it is disadvantageous since for large or small workspaces, the number may be very different from the amount of points a chore receives in a month.

Explore the pros & cons of replacing "points per thousand" with "points per month".

Pros:

• Number is more consistent with the mental math of "how many points is the chore worth to me"

Cons:

• Number will vary as users join and leave the workspace, and between workspaces, causing potential confusion
• Number lacks well-known analogue, in this case "permille"
