Rotate an image with a selection ony rotates the image #33

If and image has a selection and then Rotate is pressed only rotates the image, 
the selection stays in the same place.

There is a purpose for it: work-flow. You should first correct you image and 
than to start creating frames and OCR. At the moment Lector do not offer a lot 
of feature for image enhancement (e.g. deskew of image) where moving of frames 
would be useless.

Ok. I know it is a bit picky ;). The issue was more a "look what happens" and 
because I lector has a great possiblities.
