Zed Plex fonts italicize languages that cannot be italicized

Italicized text in languages that cannot be put into italics in both Zed Plex Mono and Zed Plex Sans causes unicode errors on Linux.

To duplicate, open the following text in a Markdown file, then open the Markdown preview window.

# Chinese/Japanese (Katakana, Hirugana, Kanji)
- [Sumochi (すもち) - Toy-dance (おもちゃのダンス)](https://dova-s.jp/bgm/play12459.html)
- _すもち_
- _汉语_

This issue also affects these languages as well:

• Arabic
• Bengali
• Korean
• Thai

Emojis appear to be unaffected. This issue does not exist on Mac either.

Tested on Zed 0.144.4 on Fedora KDE and macOS Sonoma.
