Zig Goto Popup Not Using File Associations

Summary

When using Zig, press Shift-K in Vim mode to bring up the Info popup on a function/struct/etc and press goto on one of the definitions.

Actual Behavior:
Doesn't respect file type associations and asks the user in the popup to select an application even when the association was set system wide and in settings.json.

Expected Behavior:
Open up the zig file in the workspace.
