open terminal shortcut (Ctrl + `) do not work #Linux #pt-br keyboard

Summary

I do not know if it's a matter of being in Linux, KDE or the Brazilian keyboard layout: Ctrl + ` does not open the terminal.

NOTE: Brazilian keyboard only enters ` if using shift, since the key is both ' (normal) and ` (shift). So requiring the shift might be the problem.
