Does this need documentation at all? It is a security component and does not add any features.

The description from the readme file can be useful for people using DomDocument or SimpleXML. The vulnerable parts in ZF2 however are covered by default: CHANGELOG.md.

Do you want this as a new file or as an addition to an existing file?
