Combining replicates for feature detection

It would be useful to be able to generate a jitter plot of features with a unique TSS or TSR for replicates of a given condition (similar to what we did in the GR paper). Presumably, sample_name could be a group variable, assuming that replicate_ID in the sample sheet will, moving forward, enable distinction of replicates with the same sample name.
