Toolbox button placement is incorrect

Several exhibits I have built are placing the toolbox button (the orange chiclet) in pretty arbitrary spots on the screen. It appears that toolbox placement is being set, in absolute coordinates, before the exhibit is fully rendered; perhaps this is why it ends up in strange places.
