用于检查指定元素或框架的右键菜单没有出现，应该是在迁移的时候弄没了？

当时迁移的时候，看这块没什么人用，就先强制禁用了，相关的代码也还没适配 MV3, 有时间会再添加上去．

如果可能的话希望到时候能增强一下。
做到类似uBlock那样的元素筛选器。这样就能更方便地编写复杂的规则了。

都是开源项目……也许可以搬运一下？
