Zerotier is not connecting to zerotiers network. Kubuntu

Zerotier version, 1.14.2
its been a month, zerotier stays offline forever. Posted in zerotier forum, no sign of help. tried reddit, no one.
Tried reinstalling no luck, already tried older version same situation. occationally it does connect for short period, then network goes and gone..

router is not issue, since i have other devices (1 windows, 2 on android) that are constantly connected to zerotier network.
