Hey all! I just learned about the Zetkin foundation today; I had no idea such cool software exists.
It's fantastic that you release the source on Github but I was curious as to what license the software is under. Ideally, an OSI approved open source license would be the best. Have you given any thought to this?

Zetkin is not entirely open-source. This repository is one of three public front-ends for the Zetkin Platform. The front-ends which are open-source are built on top of the Zetkin Platform API which is not open-source, and controlled by the Zetkin Foundation.
The code in these repos may be good for learning, and having it open-source is definitely great for the many volunteer activists that help out with development. But it's not really free, in the beer or freedom sense, because it's main dependency is not.
But I do agree we should be clearer about licensing in the repo!
