Read an EML file with content-transfer-encoding = quoted-printable

when you get the attachment ($attachment->getContent()) you are getting
additional chars.
The class is reading too much chars.

Using r28/r17(attachment) on Linux.

there is a mistake with the comparison (< vs >).
i think with other encodings you don't have problem, because when decode them
the additional chars are getting cutted, but not with quoted-printable.
can you confirm?
