Is it ok other django software successfully installed???

I think error is occur because environmental variable path

So plz check python path

My project route is

C:\Users\Dell\project5

Make sure python environmental path

C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\Scripts\

Type pip install django into your project directory.

project5 is my django ecommerce project name.

or either u should first create a virtual environment for your IDE first than...try to run the code.....nd install your pip properly

I also encountered the same error. Here is what worked for me on windows 10 :
Install PostgreSQL from here and add it to the path variables. By default, it is C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\bin. This will add pg_config to the path.
