FE revamp

Add Protocols points.
Add "multi-benefit" project points - earn EL points, earn Nova points, earn LST/LRT points, etc.
Introduce Grants to top projects (emphasize this).

Our current homepage offerings are too technical, and many chains are competing with us in this area. Some project parties come directly to us asking what benefits we can offer them, and then they ask technical questions.
