"loose" query operator

there should be a new query operator to allow for loose terms, like for example, terms within a certain edit distance, to account for misspellings. How this would work in p-search, not utilizing an index, I'm still not sure. 🤔 A lot could be done with regexs but I feel that wouldn't be the best approach.
