At some point we need to evaluate for how long it should be supported. It requires more and more dependencies to be re-transpiled.

In #544 I've managed to get reader to work in Safari 12 but 11 is problematic. We can keep Safari 11 compatibility for a little bit longer in the main app but for full functionality, including reader, Safari 12 will be oldest supported version.
