Currently, below 992px, the web library switches to the touch UI, even on desktop browsers. However, I feel like there is enough space to display the stacked view at this resolution. We currently use the stacked view between 992px and 1200px before switching to the standard 3-column layout. We would still switch to the touch version below 768px.
