Lunar Bee was an official W2(?) promo: https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/02/23/transformers-trading-card-game-chinese-new-year-bumblebee-p1-promotional-card-384018#images

It feels like we could be adding him. Not sure if we should be modifying the text of the image to read in English to match other cards.

I'd like to add Lunar Bee, but the language issue is troubling. I think the best option may be to have someone make an English proxy of the card. If someone has done that or is willing to do it, I'll add it to OCTGN.
