[Suggestion] Tarot Reading with redrawing single card

I sincerely thank you about inplementing tarot reading.

During tarot reading, we should utilize only one tarot deck for the game within the group. This rule includes campaign reading, whole tarot cards including already done or will be do, other scenario reading, another player's chosen tarot card by Observed (only chosen) or Dammed.

I think strict condition is not necessary, for the user who wants house rule, etc. Instead, the feature to redraw single tarot card will be fine, I think. Currently, when I tried the tarot reading Observed, and I saw 1 card which was already chosen by another person, I needed to redraw all three cards until none of three were picked.
