Add short report format and clean up files in extension (#10)

* Save files to not lose work

* clean up _extension.yml

* Rename files to use lower case for simplicity

* Move files to assets

* Align colours with short report

* Add source details to short report tex file

* update .gitignore files to ignore latex files

* Delete extra files

* remove ignored files

* remove reveal.js files

* ignore .DS_Store files

* use Proxima Nova as main font

* clean up a few more errant files

* More cleanup

* Rename files for consistency and ease of use

* Update install instructions
