Expected Behavior

BP and full nodes can fully understand what the transaction is, and they can know whether this transaction will succeed in the future if the transaction satus is "NOT_EXIST", and the lag of the refblock is bigger that 512

Development Tasks:

  • Set a the Error message to the output
