Updated interface data transfer macros to change setup/hold delays on serial data transfer from 62.5ns (1 clock) to 250ns (4 clocks) to support using a longer RX02 emulator to UNIBUS/QBUS/OMNIBUS interface 40p flat cable. Now tested and working with a DEC BC06R-12 12'/4m cable. Passes all the same tests as before. Slight performance impact (about 5% slower) on sustained data transfers. Generally not noticeable under normal operation.

Also added lab trace logs (OS console, RX02 emulator monitor console) for reference information of complete boot sequences of various operating systems (OS8, RT11, XXDP). Refer to the documentation/lab_trace_logs folder.
