Fix BL_PROFILE_TINY_FLUSH

Summary

This fixes the BL_PROFILE_TINY_FLUSH macro. The amrex prefix was left off of the call to TinyProfiler::MemoryFinalize.
This produced a compilation error that TinyProfiler was not defined. Note that this is in code that does not have using namespace amrex.
