If you are testing this app, please download the data file and tag file along with the jar file.

1. Create an empty folder named "data"
2. Put the data.csv file inside the "data" folder
3. Create an empty folder inside the "data" folder named "tag"
4. Put the tag.csv file inside the "tag" folder
5. Put both the "data" folder and the jikan.jar file into an empty folder
6. Run the jar file

This will give you some sample data for testing certain commands.
