Seems that the name being added is case sensitive so it is possible for the user to add in a duplicate person if the name is not exactly the same (ie john would be different from John). This is even when the details of the person remain the same. If users accidentally forget they already added their client and added them again but this time if they maybe changed the case, a duplicate person would be created, which would make managing their contacts harder as they have to deal with duplicates!
