Parameter setup release

Introduces script parameters available in the UI. Custom components can be created by implementing the simple interface (see existing components for examples). Components are found and loaded dynamically by their filename.

Initial release

ShellEx is the GUI shell executor for Sailfish OS, licensed under BSD.

Core features are:
-run, save, sort and edit commands.
-you can run the commands in Fingerterm, inside the app with output page.
-copy output to clipboard: all or single line

Future features are:
-Customize number of output lines (currently limited to 100 lines per command)
-In app script support: create, edit, setup parameters, GUI for giving parameters, default parameters.
-Hopefully UI patch which integrates the app into the events view
