Add Engine and Project sections
- FIX: Redownload chunk if the download fails
- FIX: assets not loading after the initial login
- Discover engines and check if they can be updated
- Load engines from configured directories
- Load projects and display them
- Launch a project if able
- Remember last used engine
- Remove the Unreal logo from the icon
