File view improvements

Minor fixes
- Fixed a crash when chunks to remove could not be found
- Fixed an issue where the manager would download multiple versions of the asset if older version is required
MVP 1.0
This is now a functional product with most of the core functionality done.
What works
- Login
- Resume previous session
- Browse owned assets
- See details for owned assets
- See download details for selected asset
- Download selected files
- Download the entire asset
- Chose a previous version of the asset to download
- Directories configuration - lets you customize where the assets are downloaded to
- Caching of the images and some api responses
Known issues:
- Large manifest files (ARK: Survival Evolved for example) freeze the UI and eventually just crash the application
- There is no current checking if the file is already downloaded or if the downloaded file matches the checksum provided by the Epic API
- Detecting a new version from the API, because the current version is cached
Installation
Unfortunately due to various reasons I am not currently able to provide a package for every distribution, but if you do want to help me out there(building an AppImage for example) feel free to reach out.
There is an AUR package for the tool for now https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/eam-git
