One tip in case of "Authn failure" during vagrant up

Hi Theo,

I finally installed Act-out-the-box and faced a pb during the fist vagrant up (due to the "insecure key blablabla").
I propose a new bullet in the "known isue" section.

it's an issue I come across many place when people build vagrant boxes... me myself, I have no problems with it, but if this is the proper way to deal with it, I'm fine with that.

I asume You've tested the proposed solution.
