  • imports/installs fixed for tsne, umap, and pivae
  • however, there is still an issue with pivae and some backwards compat with keras/TF: ValueError: Layer "vae" expects 2 input(s), but it received 1 input tensors. Inputs received: [<tf.Tensor 'IteratorGetNext:0' shape=(None, None) dtype=int64>]

But I vote to merge, as otherwise the top parts are not usable on colab :D ....
