RaidFinder 2.4.0

This update adds support for the Isle of Armor DLC. Huge shoutout to @Leanny for the countless hours spent mapping out dens, nests, and locations.

Additions:

• Add new dens from the DLC (Thanks @Leanny)
• Add map for Isle of Armor (Thanks @Leanny)
• Add new pokemon from DLC (Thanks @kwsch and @architdate)
• More translations (Thanks @qhq, @Ich73, and @gjfkkk)

Changes:

• The ability filter will now attempt to respect the previous filter when switching raids if possible
• Encounter Lookup will now show all possible abilities for each entry

Bugs:

• Fix an issue where forced shiny PIDs could be wrong
