Additions:

• More translations (Thanks @Ich73 @CScorpion-h)

Changes:

• Removed the seed searcher. This tool can be utilized instead and offers GPU searching.
• Change ordering of promotion dens in Download Event Data. Newer promotions will appear at the top.
• Move various setting options to their own UI window.

Bugs:

• Fix an issue where the IV Calculator was ignoring the last row and as a result would sometimes crash
