Release for XML profile version

Features:
Switched from Hosts File switching to a mechanisms writing from a generated and described XML hosts profile.
Enabled Importing and Exporting for XML profiles
Hosts profiles can now add and remove or simply enable/disable specific domains
Enhanced dialog usability from original version
Implemented Hosts Importer so that items can be simply copied and pasted as a means of populating an XML profile.

Note: "Default" profile is empty and cannot be edited by design
