April 26, 2014 the Fossils and Archeology Revival was put under the Creative Commons Attribution license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). The source is now home in a public organization found here: https://github.com/FossilsArcheologyRevival.

Note: The license mentioned is applicable to code only; texture and model assets belong to their respective authors under All Rights Reserved and require express permission from said authors for use and redistribution. This is not in effect if you are redistributing the project as a whole, i.e. including it in modpacks.

You are free to add this to any modpack , or otherwise use it as long as it falls under the CC license.In return, we can only ask you to make your contributions to the project or towards the community.
