If downloading on Windows, use the flutter.dev instructions (https://docs.flutter.dev/get-started/install/windows/desktop) and follow the instructions "Use VS Code to install Flutter."

If downloading on Linux, use the flutter.dev instructions (https://docs.flutter.dev/get-started/install/linux) and follow the instructions "Method 2: Manual installation."

This project is a starting point for a Flutter application.
