Add IPFS and IPNS protocol handlers

Added handlers for ipfs and ipns protocols.

Just tested it out and this should be good to go!

Next steps are going to be to test that the protocol handlers pass the protocol compliance suite: https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/ipfs-protocol-compliance-suite

After that, it'd be cool to get the pubsub protocol handler added: AgregoreWeb/agregore-ipfs-daemon#5
